This October, NBA Star Amar'e Stoudemire visited Bennett Media Studio and shot a funny behind-the-scene style promo video. It's for the upcoming film "BEYOND THE LIGHTS" that he produced. Let's see how much he was a hands-on producer.
Smuggler films was in Bennett Media studio, shot a new piece for Netflix, featuring the very funny Ricky Gervais. Click above to check out the video. Also, don't forget to check out the outtakes for more laugh.
His new show is called "Derek", and you should try to watch it...if you subscribe to Netflix, of course ( I do). The Shoot was quite a large production. The outdoor lighting for the main living room scene was handled by Cranes and huge HMI Lights. The shoot lasted 12 hours. The crew was over 100.
August 19th-23th, our guest was from the women clothing brand Dressbarn, they were here for the whole week shooting their winter catalog. It feels like Christmas again! Not only they transform the living room on 4th floor to a fully decorated Christmas party, but also we spent good time together celebrating. It was one of the most relaxed work atmosphere that exists in Bennett Media Studio, they also got a lot of work done every day. Here are some photos for a early Christmas!
May 14th, we had another TV commercial shooting for a straight 14 hours at Bennett Media studio. It was for VMware, Microsoft's biggest competitors, a software company that provides cloud and vitualization software and services. It was founded Palo Alto, CA. The production company StarDust is also a California based visual supply company. We had great fun with all the people bringing Cali breeze.
Hand it to the folks at Golin Harris and Unilever...They held an elegant VIP press and Branding conference at Bennett Media Studio. It was packed with good food, conversations, clever presentations and seemingly a lot of fun.
It was the main stage for announcing the joint deal with Ne-Yo and Cher Lloyd for their song writing talents embracing the inspirational ideas for the Fruttare Brand...kinda clever actually.
The main area was used in the residential part of the Building, providing a home-like feel to the event. Click HERE to review the article on ArtistDirect.
On September 28, 2012 our guests and audience had a special night with the TECH SERI.ES guest speaker and panelists here at Bennett Media Studio. Our owner Mr. Edward Bennett had an insightful and inspiring Q & A session with the moderator Jay Wadley, musician and composer, Co-founder of Found Objects Music, together with the attendees.
The house was set on fire and the tickets were sold out TWICE!
